Phase 1 – Conduct an assessment of sustainability in administration, mission, and planning; physical operations, curriculum, student life and community outreach. Conduct an Energy Audit as needed. (Note: School representatives are asked to fill in Sustainability Assessment Questionnaire prior to site visit.)
Phase 2 – Work with school to turn recommendations into comprehensive action plan that defines short-, medium-, and long-term goals and action steps, identifying where money can be saved and where resources will be required.
Phase 3 – Assist in implementation
Phase 4 – Assist in evaluation and monitoring over time.
